Andivio is run by Andrei Roman, based in Romania. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Andivio (Andrei Roman), Romania. For anything on this page, write to contact@andivio.com and a person will answer.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form
We store your name, email address, company if you give one, the service you selected, your message, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The IP and user-agent exist only to stop automated abuse; the rest is how we answer you.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long: enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can find an earlier conversation. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
We store your email address, your name if you give one, your IP address and the times you signed up and confirmed. Nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link — an address that never confirms is not mailed and is eventually removed.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
How long: until you unsubscribe.
When you visit the site
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people read. It does not load until you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. That happens for every website and is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f).
When you use the chat widget
The chat on this site is our own software running on our infrastructure. What you type is stored so a person can pick up the conversation. Do not put passwords or payment details into it — it is a support channel, not a secure form.
Who else sees your data
Very few parties, and none of them buy it:
- Hostinger — our web host, which stores the site and its databases.
- Google Analytics — only if you accepted the cookie banner.
- Our email provider — for messages you send and receive.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not enrich it with data bought elsewhere.
Where your data lives
The site and its databases run on servers in the European Union. Google Analytics may transfer data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses — one more reason the banner asks first.
What you can ask for
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it to you in a portable format, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to contact@andivio.com. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
Cookies
Two kinds, and only two:
- Your cookie choice — remembers whether you accepted analytics, so we stop asking. Set only after you answer the banner.
- Google Analytics — set only if you accepted. Declining means they are never created.
Changed your mind? Clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect.
