Does it publish without me?
No, and that is deliberate. Drafts wait in a review queue. Nothing reaches the site until you approve it, so the quality bar stays yours.
Why WhatsApp as an input?
Because it is where ideas actually occur to people. Sending a message costs nothing, which means articles get started instead of postponed. Other inputs can be wired up if you prefer.
Will Google penalise AI-written articles?
Google judges the page, not the tool that produced it. Its guidance targets unhelpful, mass-produced content. That is exactly why review sits in the middle of this workflow: what gets published is edited, on-topic and useful.
Can it write in Romanian and English?
Yes. The live example publishes in Romanian. The language is a setting, not a rebuild.
