Stop being the person who emails the logo
A private workspace holding the approved brand files, campaign material, videos and team updates. Your distributors, resellers and agencies find what they need themselves — filtered, current and on-brand.
What it does
One library instead of a hundred requests
Every company that sells through other people ends up as a file server with a human in front of it: someone asks for the current logo, last season’s photos, the campaign video, the price list. The answer is always an attachment, and half the time it is the wrong version.
Nexa gives those people their own way in. Assets are organised into folders, searchable by name, filterable by orientation, resolution and date, and downloadable in bulk. Nobody has to ask you for a file again.
A library, not a folder dump
Assets sit in collections with previews, dimensions, format and date. Search by name, filter by orientation, resolution or when it was added.
Bulk selection and download
Tick what you need across a page and take it in one download. Made for people collecting a whole campaign, not one file.
Video and team updates together
Campaign clips live next to the images, and an updates feed carries the notes everyone needs, so context does not get lost in email.
An idea pipeline
A shared space for hooks, angles and content ideas before they become work, so campaigns stop starting from an empty page.
Screens
Inside the workspace
Screens from the live demo — the same application your partners would use.
Walkthrough
Twenty-five seconds, no sound needed
Recorded from the live demo: search, filter, select a whole page of assets, download.
How it works
Four steps, then it is routine
Setting it up is a one-off. After that, your partners have one permanent place to find approved assets — and your team stops being the route to every file.
It starts as a free pilot. A proof of concept on one real process, configured with your own folder structure and a first set of real assets, so you judge it on your own material and not on a demo.

Questions
Before you ask for it
Who can see the files?
Only people you give access to. It sits behind a password on your own domain, so it is not indexed and not public.
What file types can it hold?
Images, video and documents. Each asset shows its format, dimensions and date so people can tell versions apart at a glance.
Can people download several files at once?
Yes. Select across a page and download the selection in one go, which is how people actually collect a campaign.
Is this the same as a shared drive?
A shared drive stores files. This presents them: previews, filters by orientation and resolution, collections, and an updates feed. The difference matters when the person looking is outside your company.
Is it running for a client already?
It is a finished product with a working demo you can open right now, and it gets configured for your brand during the free pilot. Unlike our offer and catalogue tools, it is not yet running a client library in production.
Next step
Finished product. Open the demo, then ask for it.
The application is built and working — you can walk through it right now with the demo password. We configure it for your brand during the free pilot — a proof of concept on one real process.
