Terms of use
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Plain terms for using this website. Client work is governed by whatever we sign together, not by this page.
Who you are dealing with
This site belongs to Andivio (Andrei Roman), Romania. Reach us at contact@andivio.com or +40 756 155 833.
What this site is
An description of what we build and how we work. Everything here is information, not a binding offer. Prices, timelines and scope for actual work are agreed in writing before anything starts.
The free pilot
We say elsewhere on this site that a pilot costs nothing, and we mean it. To be precise about what that covers:
- A pilot is a small working proof of concept for one real process — not a finished system and not an entire application.
- The discovery conversation, the scoping, building the pilot and adjusting it while you test are free.
- The full build afterwards is paid, quoted once, and only starts if you say yes.
- Nothing is ever charged that you did not approve in advance.
- We may decline a pilot if the process is not a fit. We will say so early rather than waste your time.
Who owns what
The text, design, code and images on this site are ours. Screenshots of client systems are shown with permission and remain theirs.
For work we do for you: custom systems we build are yours, on your domain and your infrastructure, with no lock-in. Where we configure one of our existing products, you get a licence to use it while the arrangement lasts, and the product itself stays ours. Which of the two applies is written down before work starts.
Links to other sites
We link to live demos and tools, some on our own subdomains and some belonging to clients. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for what they do.
Availability
We try to keep this site up, but we do not promise it will never be down. Demo environments in particular may be offline or reset without notice.
Liability
Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this website alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death, personal injury, or our own fraud.
Which law applies
Romanian law, with the courts of Romania having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove the protections of your own country's law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
