Build a priced offer in a minute, not an afternoon

Select whole categories or hand-pick products from your catalogue, set the pricing rules for that client, and send a link. They see a clean priced list and can download it as PDF or Excel.

What it does

Quotes stop being a copy-paste job

Most companies with a product range build quotes the same way: open last month’s spreadsheet, delete what is not relevant, paste in new prices, hope nobody forgot a discount. It takes an afternoon and it goes out with mistakes.

This tool works from the catalogue you already maintain. You choose what goes in the offer, set the terms once, and it produces the document. Change a price in the catalogue and the next offer is already correct.

Category or hand-picked

Tick whole categories to include everything in them, or open the product picker and choose item by item. Exclude specific products by code when a client should not see them.

Pricing rules per offer

Set the language, decide whether prices show with or without VAT, fix the exchange rate, and apply the volume tier that fits the deal. Different clients, different terms, same catalogue.

Sent as a link

The offer lives at its own address. Send it in an email, and the client opens a clean priced list instead of a spreadsheet attachment that breaks on their machine.

PDF and Excel on the page

Two buttons on the offer itself. Buyers who want to file it take the PDF; buyers who want to work with the numbers take the Excel.

How it works

Four steps, then it is routine

Setting it up is a one-off. After that, producing the document is something you do between two meetings rather than a job you schedule.

It starts as a free pilot. A proof of concept on one real process, configured against your real data, so you judge it on your own catalogue and not on a demo.

Discuss your process
  1. 1 Point it at your catalogueWe connect it to the product data you already keep, wherever that lives.
  2. 2 Choose what is in the offerWhole categories, individual products, or everything minus a few exclusions.
  3. 3 Set the termsClient name, language, VAT on or off, exchange rate, volume tier.
  4. 4 Send the linkThe client opens the offer and exports it as PDF or Excel if they want a copy.

Live example

See a real offer

This is a live offer generated by the tool for a manufacturer with more than 200 products. Prices, images and export buttons are all produced automatically from their catalogue.

Open the example offer

The generator itself sits behind a login. The public offer link is what your client receives.

Who it fits

Built for a specific problem

  • Manufacturers and wholesalers quoting from a large product range
  • Distributors who price differently per client or per volume
  • Sales teams that rebuild the same spreadsheet every week

Questions

Before you ask for it

Does it work with my product data?

Yes. It reads the catalogue you already maintain, whether that is a database, an export file, or your website. Part of the setup is connecting it to your source so you keep one place to update prices.

Can different clients see different prices?

That is the point of it. Each offer carries its own settings: language, VAT shown or hidden, exchange rate and volume tier. You generate one link per client and the pricing follows those rules.

What do buyers actually receive?

A web link. When they open it they see the priced list with product images, and two buttons to download the same offer as PDF or Excel. Nothing to install.

Can I exclude certain products from an offer?

Yes, by product code. Useful when a line is out of stock, reserved for another market, or simply not something you want that client to see.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how your product data is structured. We look at your catalogue during the free pilot — a proof of concept on one real process — and tell you honestly before you commit.
