A print-ready catalogue, regenerated whenever prices move

The same product data that feeds your website becomes a paginated catalogue: cover page, category sections, product grid with images and prices, contact page at the back. Download it as PDF and send it to the printer.

What it does

The catalogue stops being a yearly panic

A printed catalogue is usually rebuilt by hand in a design tool. It takes weeks, it costs money, and the day it comes back from the printer a price has already changed. So most companies print rarely and live with a catalogue that is out of date.

This generator builds the layout from your product data. Regenerating it after a price change costs minutes, not another design cycle, which means the PDF you email a customer is always the current one.

Laid out, not just listed

Products are grouped into sections with images and prices, and variants of the same model sit together instead of scattering across pages.

Built for print and for email

One document that works as a PDF you send to a customer and as a file a print shop can work from.

Regenerate, do not rebuild

When a price changes or a line is discontinued, you run it again. The catalogue reflects the current data instead of last year’s.

Structure you can keep

The catalogue layout exports as JSON and imports back, so the order of sections and products is something you own rather than something locked in a design file.

How it works

Four steps, then it is routine

Setting it up is a one-off. After that, producing the document is something you do between two meetings rather than a job you schedule.

It starts as a free pilot. A proof of concept on one real process, configured against your real data, so you judge it on your own catalogue and not on a demo.

Discuss your process
  1. 1 Connect the product sourceThe same catalogue data behind your site or your offers.
  2. 2 Choose what goes inCategories to include, language, and whether prices show VAT.
  3. 3 GenerateThe tool paginates everything: cover, sections, product grid, contact page.
  4. 4 Download the PDFSend it to a client or to the printer. Run it again when data changes.

Live example

See a generated catalogue

This catalogue is produced by the tool from a live product database. Over twenty pages of sections, product images and prices, assembled without anyone opening a design tool.

Loading takes a moment: the page assembles every product image before it paginates.

Who it fits

Built for a specific problem

  • Manufacturers who print or email a catalogue and dread updating it
  • Businesses whose price list changes more often than their design budget allows
  • Anyone maintaining the same product list in a website and a separate PDF

Questions

Before you ask for it

How is this different from the offer generator?

The offer generator produces a priced list for one client, as a link with PDF and Excel export. The catalogue generator produces a presentation document: cover page, sections, product grid, contact page. Most businesses end up using both, from the same product data.

Can it match our brand?

Yes. Layout, colours, cover and contact page are set up for your business during the build. That work happens once; after that you only regenerate.

Do I need a designer to update it?

No. That is the point. Once the layout exists, updating the catalogue means running the generator against current data.

How many products can it handle?

The live example runs to over twenty pages from a database of a few hundred products. Larger catalogues are a question of generation time, not a hard limit.

Can we control the order of sections?

Yes. The structure exports as JSON, which you can reorder and import back, so the sequence of categories and products is under your control.
